Med spa conference deadlines, Nov 7 to Dec 7, 2026

This week we added the full published ticket tiers for every upcoming edition in our calendar, so each event page now shows what each pass costs and when the price goes up. Nextech EDGE 2027 also has its location now: Nextech EDGE 2027 runs Mar 4–6 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin in Orlando.

Here is every deadline in the next 30 days, in date order. Each one links to the event page, which links to the organiser's own page.

Ends today: AACS early bird (Nov 7)

AACS Annual Scientific Meeting 2027, Jan 28–30, San Antonio. Early-bird main-meeting rates end Nov 7: physician member $1,399, physician non-member $1,699, allied health member $199. After that the advanced rate goes up to $1,899. Workshops are extra.

Nov 12–18

• Nov 12: AAAM standard rate ends. AAAM Congress 2026, Nov 13–15, Miami. Congress-only registration is $795 for members and $975 for non-members until Nov 12, then $1,095 on-site for both.
• Nov 13: Rohrer Aesthetic Compass ticket sales close at 4:00 PM. Rohrer Aesthetic Compass Newport Beach, Nov 13–14, Newport Beach. General admission is $99 plus a $2.48 ticket fee.
• Nov 13, 16 and 18: LongevityFest hotel cut-offs. LongevityFest 2026 (A4M), Dec 9–13, Las Vegas. The Venetian and Palazzo group rate (code RUSHD) closes Nov 13, the Treasure Island block Nov 16, and the Wynn and Encore block Nov 18.

Nov 30 – Dec 7

• Nov 30: ODAC rate rises. ODAC Dermatology Conference 2027, Jan 15–18, Orlando. MD/DO and NP/PA registration is $639 until Nov 30, then $739.
• Nov 30: MAC early rates end. Multispecialty Aesthetic Conference (MAC) 2027, Apr 29–May 2, Las Vegas. MD/advanced provider $1,095, clinical staff $895 and non-exhibiting industry $1,295 through Nov 30.
• Dec 1: Longevity SpringFest early registration ends. Longevity SpringFest 2027 (A4M), Apr 8–10, West Palm Beach. Register by Dec 1 for the 3-day pass at $1,195 (member) or $1,595 (non-member), or the 2-day pass at $695 or $1,095.
• Dec 4: ODAC poster abstracts due. The ODAC 2027 call for poster abstracts closes Dec 4.
• Dec 5: Rohrer Aesthetic Blueprint ticket sales close at 7:00 PM. Rohrer Aesthetic Blueprint Fort Lauderdale, Dec 4–5, Fort Lauderdale. General admission is $99 plus a $2.48 ticket fee.
• Dec 7: OMA abstract window closes. OMA Annual 2027, Mar 31–Apr 4, Orlando. The first submission window runs to Dec 7. A late-breaking window opens Jan 7–31, 2027.

• Facial and Rhinoplasty Symposium 2026, Nov 13–14, Boca Raton. A surgeon-level meeting with cadaver labs.
• AIA Advanced Cadaver Course Phoenix 2026, Nov 14. A one-day injection anatomy lab, $3,995 non-member.
• IAPAM Aesthetic Medicine Symposium Scottsdale, Nov 14–16. Hands-on training with a practice start-up track.

By topic: most of these cover injectables. The two A4M meetings sit under wellness and IV therapy, and OMA under weight loss and GLP-1.
