Med Spa Conferences uses no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics and no cookies for visitors.

Reminders, digest and planner emails. If you sign up we store your email, what you asked for (the events you follow and which reminders, digest frequency, your role if you give it), the page you signed up on, any utm tags in that page’s address, your country as reported by our host, and the date and wording of the consent you gave. Nothing is sent until you confirm your address from the link we email you. Each email has a link to change what you get and a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribing stops everything, including your private calendar link.

Who sends the emails. When sending starts, your email, role and follows are copied to our email provider (GoHighLevel) only to send what you asked for. We never sell or share your address.

Private calendar. After you confirm, you get a calendar address that shows only the events you follow. Anyone with that address can see the list, so keep it private.

Conference Planner. Your picks and trip settings stay in your browser unless you choose to email the plan, which stores them with your address.

Event submissions and partner enquiries. We store what you send so we can check it or reply. Emails are not published.

“Closest to you”. If you use your location, it is used only inside your browser and is never sent to us.
