How we check events

Med Spa Conferences lists 111 editions of 58 event series from 44 organisers: national shows, medical society meetings, vendor trainings, regional workshops and virtual summits for the medical aesthetics industry. Latest check: 2026-11-06.

One rule: a fact appears only if the organiser’s own page states it. Dates, venue, prices, early-bird and speaker deadlines, CE credits, attendance figures, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are copied as published, with the source link on every event page. If the organiser hasn’t published something, the field is blank; we never estimate it.

Event aggregators (10times, Eventbrite listings, Meetup) and news articles are used only to discover events. An event they mention is not listed until we confirm it on the organiser’s site. Events we could not confirm are kept off the calendar.

Attendance numbers are the organiser’s own claims and are labelled that way. Comparisons on the compare page use only the audience, topics and prices organisers publish.

We are independent: no organiser, sponsor or exhibitor pays to be listed or ranked, and we don’t sell tickets. Always confirm on the official page before you book travel.
