Med spa conference early-bird deadlines for 2027: 10 still open

The short answer
As of November 6, 2026, ten upcoming medical aesthetics conferences still offer an early-bird or reduced registration rate with a published end date. Four of those deadlines fall before the end of 2026, the first one on November 7. Where an organiser publishes both the early and the later rate for the same pass, the difference runs from $100 to $300.
That's out of 52 upcoming event series we track. Only 25 of them publish a price at all, so if a show you want isn't on this list, it may simply not have posted 2027 rates yet.

Prices are per person in US dollars, as printed on each organiser's registration page.
What the early rate actually saves
Four organisers publish both an early and a later price for the same pass, so the saving is a plain subtraction:
- The Aesthetic MEET: $300 for an Active Member ($1,478 before Feb. 6 vs. $1,778 after), and $600 against the on-site rate.
- Nextech EDGE: $179.25 on the All-Access Pass ($1,015.75 vs. $1,195 standard), and $359.25 against the last-chance rate.
- Skin of Color Update: $150 for physicians, NPs and PAs ($289 vs. $439).
- ODAC: $100 for physicians, NPs and PAs ($639 vs. $739).
The others say rates go up but don't print the later number next to the early one, so we don't calculate a saving for them. For a med spa sending two or three people, even the smallest of these adds up to a few hundred dollars.
The deadlines that come first
November 7 (AACS). The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery's early-bird rate for its San Antonio meeting ends the day after this post. It's the one to act on now if it's on your list.
November 30 (ODAC and MAC). Two deadlines on the same day. ODAC is a clinical dermatology meeting in Orlando with up to 28.25 AMA PRA Category 1 credits listed. MAC in Las Vegas is a multispecialty aesthetic meeting; its CE total wasn't published yet when we checked.
December 31 (Nextech EDGE). Run by the practice-software company Nextech and aimed at owners, managers and marketers as well as clinicians. Pre-conference workshops add $400 to $475.
January (SCALE, AMWC Americas, The Aesthetic Show). Three shows change prices within four weeks of each other: January 1, 12 and 26. If you're picking between them, the conference planner helps you lay out and budget the year.
A few practical notes
- Read what's included. AACS lists workshops at $600 to $3,490 extra, OMA lists add-on courses separately, and Nextech prices its workshops on top. The headline rate is often the main meeting only.
- Check the year. A few pages print a deadline without the year ("thru 11/30", "January 26"). We read them as the next one coming up and note that on each event page.
- Member rates need membership. The Aesthetic MEET, OMA and AACS price members and non-members differently. Compare the dues with the gap before you join just for the discount.
- Rates change. Organisers can extend or end an early-bird rate at any time. Confirm on the official page, linked from each event page, before you pay.

When do med spa conference early-bird rates usually end? For the ten 2027 events with an open early-bird rate on November 6, 2026, deadlines run from November 7, 2026 to March 30, 2027. Four end in 2026, and five of the remaining six end in January or February.
How much do you save by registering early for an aesthetics conference? Among the four 2027 conferences that publish both prices for the same pass, the early rate saves $100 (ODAC), $150 (Skin of Color Update), $179.25 (Nextech EDGE) and $300 (The Aesthetic MEET).
Do most med spa conferences publish their prices? No. Of 52 upcoming event series we track, 25 publish a price on their own site as of November 6, 2026. The rest list dates but haven't posted rates yet.
How we counted
We took every edition in our directory that starts on or after November 6, 2026, kept those whose organiser's own page shows an early-bird or lower-rate deadline that hadn't passed, and copied the rates exactly as printed; savings are the later price minus the early price for the same pass, only where both are published. Every edition was checked on the organiser's own page on November 6, 2026. Two 2027 events without published dates are left out.
