Spotted a mistake? Tell us.
We want every detail on Med Spa Conferences to match what the organiser itself publishes. When something is wrong or out of date, we fix it. Corrections are free, and you don’t need to be the organiser to send one.
How to send a correction
Use the submit or correct an event form. Every event page links to it under its sources (“Spot an error? Tell us”). Give the event name and the link to the organiser’s page that shows the right information, and say what changed in the notes. Your email is optional; add it if you’d like us to be able to reply.
What happens next
A person reviews every submission; sending the form does not change a listing by itself. We check the change against the organiser’s own page, the same way we check every listing (see how we check). If the organiser’s page confirms it, we update the listing and its check date. If it doesn’t, we leave the listing as it is, or remove a detail the organiser no longer publishes: we don’t publish a fact without a source, even from a correction.
Cancelled, postponed or moved events
Tell us with a link to the organiser’s announcement. Once confirmed, the event is marked cancelled or postponed, or its dates and venue are updated.
Mistakes we find ourselves
Our twice-monthly checks of ticket and registration pages catch many changes before anyone reports them. Those are corrected the same way: against the organiser’s own page, with a new check date.
We never publish the name or email of anyone who sends a correction (privacy).
